Oh Summer! Oh Muse!

The summer seriously screws with my scheduling! First of all, I seem to have no idea of what day of the week it is at any given moment because all of my scheduling is out of whack. Instead of panicking about this (which could happen), I instead play Sims and sleep, and panic over other, not-panic-worthy things.

Why is Houston the coolest place in the US?

Ok… maybe not the entire United States, but it is by far the coolest place in Texas. Obviously not by temperature, but in awesomeness. Also obviously this is just my opinion, so take it for what it’s worth. The latest Tinderfella says he wouldn’t move to Houston on a bet because of the humidity.

NaNoWriMo has begun!

This will be a short post, as I’ve already posted today, and I do have to work on lesson plans (since my team leader just posted them at 7pm on a Sunday… grumble, grumble). JWC Day 4 : Ode to my Mother

Today in the challenge, I’m supposed to write about someone who inspires me. My mother is probably my biggest inspiration. Shhh… Don’t tell her! We don’t want her getting a big head about it!

Seriously though, she’s done a lot for me, and even though I thought she stole my dream of becoming a teacher, I am still in awe of her awesomeness.
